Safety, Preparation, and Life Threatening Situations With Officer Jordan

I’m out for parental leave this month, so I’m sharing an interview I had with a friend of mine, Officer Jordan. He is a police officer and former EMT who has special experience and extensive knowledge about survival, anticipating danger, and dealing with life threatening situations. He joined me to discuss his experience as a police officer, shares how he deals with anxiety, and offers his advice on how to deal with potentially life threatening situations.

Note, this episode is a departure from the previous themes of strictly anxiety disorders and OCD, but there is plenty in here relevant to both the anxious and neurotypical listeners out there.

If you have questions for Officer Jordan, send them to me in the Contacts Page and I’d be happy to have him on again to answer your questions!
